You can track your order using shop app. Also for faster tracking create a profile with store so you can track your order and you will only have to enter your information once. If the app does not track your item please contact support or use chat box for faster response.
What happens if my payment cannot be authorized?

How do I cancel my order?

What if an item is unavailable?
Keep an eye out for when it is restocked again or you contact us and let us know what item you would like to be notified about via email once the item has been restocked.
Do you have more than one ordering method?
No. We have a special option with SHOP APP that allows you to pay for your order in installments as well.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, paypal , shop pay, the addition of apple pay, and more efficient ways to pay.
What system is your business using, VAT or regular sales tax?
We are using VAT due to international servicing.
Do you use digital receipts?
A form of a receipts will be sent to your email after payment transaction.

We off Standard, Economy, and Express shipping.
How long will it be before I receive my package?
Sometimes it may depend on the weight of your item of interest. Shipping dates may vary but , express shipping takes 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 1-8 business days.
How long before the order is processed?
Processing generally takes about 1-5 business days.
How much does it cost to ship using any shipping method?
See shipping policy for details. There is a $5 shipping fee applied to express shipping for orders equal to or over $50. There is a $3 shipping fee applied to standard shipping for orders equal to or over $50. Economy shipping is free.

What if I receive the product and decide I no longer what the product.

Do you have warranties on all of your products?
If the option is at check, then you will be able to select a warranty. Warranties do not come with all products only certain items that may have extra weight or large in size.
Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
If you are unable to make changes to your existing order manually via email link, contact customer support via email or use chat box for live chat. If the order status reads 'shipped' then unfortunately you will not be able to modify your order.
Do you have a physical store location?
No. In the future we expect to have physical store locations in states and countries where it is legal and necessary.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please contact customer service via email or use of chat box for live chat only if you are unable to change shipping address manually. If the order status reads shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to change the address. If the address used is not a trusted source immediately contact carrier service to discuss changing your listed address to a trusted address of your choosing.

Where are gift cards?
Gift cards should be located in main menu. If you can not find the gift cards in store, contact customer support via email or use the chat box for live chat and faster service. We most likely will follow up by manually issuing you a digital gift card.
How do I receive new information on new products or seasonal sales?
Stay in the know. Create a profile with us to receive the latest news on new products and collections. Also, we use your email to send updates on your order as well as seasonal sales.
Where or how can I get a discount code?
Discount codes are usually posted at the top of the screen displayed in black and red lettering.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes you may delete your profile any time in the shop app.
Do you have a loyalty program ?
No we do not have a loyalty program. However, we do offer deals and special discounts for loyal customer during holidays and birthdays.
